Store Pickup Policy

Store Pickup Policy


Our Store Pickup option allows customers pick orders up at our store (Mong Kok store). 
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for using the Store Pickup service.

*Due to the shortage of matcha in Japan, store pickup of some products has been suspended.

Notification
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup Time

Orders must be picked up within the specified period.
If the order is not picked up within the specified time, the items will be discarded without further notice. The order are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Returns and Exchanges

Orders picked up in-store are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
