Shipping time
Hong Kong :
Delivery: After receiving your order, in most cases we will ship your package within about 2-4 business days*. A shipment tracking email will be automatically sent to your email address once the package has been shipped. Please check the email to see the status of your shipment. Once shipped out, it can take roughly 1-2 business days reach you.

Store Pick-up: Due to insufficient stock atthe store, products need to be dispatched from warehouses in Japan or HongKong. Customers who choose to pick up their orders at the Mong Kok store mayrequire 5-7 working days* for arrangements. If items cannot be provided due toflight or logistics issues, the order will be cancelled, and a refund will beissued. Customers must receive the "Self-pick up" email notificationbefore collecting the items and are required to complete the pickup within 14days. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you.
