After receiving your order, in most cases we will ship your package within about 2-4 business days*. A shipment tracking email will be automatically sent to your email address once the package has been shipped. Please check the email to see the status of your shipment. Once shipped out, it can take roughly 1-2 business days reach you.

Cancellations
Once an order has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns and exchanges
Tea is an article of food, so we do not accept the return or exchange of tea.
