Yamecha Yame Special Shincha Yabukita

Made with 100% Yame-grown tea leaves and directly sourced from Yame tea farmers.
2026 Harvest Yame Shincha (New Tea).

Our Tokujou Shincha is a single-origin cultivar sencha made exclusively from the classic Japanese cultivar “Yabukita,” carefully cultivated under shaded conditions.

It offers a beautifully balanced flavour profile with rich umami, natural sweetness, and a refreshing gentle astringency.
Enjoy the uniquely fresh and vibrant character that only shincha can offer.

An ideal choice for tea lovers.

Recommended Brewing Method (1 serving)

First infusion

Place approximately 3g of tea leaves into a teapot. Add hot water  (about 150ml) at around 70°C.

Steep for about 1 minute, then pour completely into a cup before serving.

★ Tip: Be sure to pour out every last drop to prevent over-extraction and ensure optimal flavor for the next infusion.

Second and subsequent infusions

Add hot water to the teapot, wait approximately 10 seconds, then pour fully into the cup and enjoy.
