Shipping (Hong Kong local)

1. [Standard Shipping] Hong Kong Local (via SF Express):

Customers are required to download and use the SFHK (SF Express Hong Kong) App to receive pickup notifications and collect parcels.

For website products, a single order that reaches the specified spending amount (excluding shipping fee) is eligible for local free shipping.

Please provide a valid Hong Kong phone number. Orders without a local Hong Kong phone number cannot be shipped.

Shipping Fee
Shipping refers to local delivery within Hong Kong. Please refer to the shipping fee displayed in our website checkout system as final.

  • Designated OK Convenience Stores (SF Express)

  • Hong Kong commercial addresses

  • Hong Kong residential addresses

Tracking Number
Once the order is dispatched, an email notification will be sent with the order status and SF Express tracking number.

Delivery Collection Deadline
If the parcel is not collected or signed for within the time specified by SF Express, storage fees or additional charges may apply and will be borne by the recipient.
If uncollected after one month, the courier company will dispose of the parcel. The order will be treated as abandoned and no refund, return, or exchange will be provided.

Damage or Loss During Transit
All goods are inspected before dispatch to ensure they are in good condition. In the event of damage or loss during transit, please contact the courier company directly. We shall not be held responsible.

Remote Area Surcharge
If the pickup point or delivery address is located in a remote area, the remote area surcharge will be borne by the recipient (cash on delivery).
For both free-shipping and paid-shipping orders, only the basic shipping fee is covered. Remote area surcharges charged by SF Express are the responsibility of the recipient and are not related to our company.

2. [Standard Shipping] Mong Kok Store Pickup:

Due to shortages of Japanese matcha and hojicha powder, some products are temporarily unavailable for in-store pickup.

When all items in the order have arrived at the store, a “Pickup Notification Email” will be sent to the order email address.

Please refer to “Store Information” for store opening dates and hours.

Pickup Notice
After receiving the “Pickup Notification Email,” please collect your order within the specified pickup period.
Uncollected orders after the deadline will be disposed of without refund, return, or exchange (including order amount, shipping fee, and related charges).

If the product exceeds or approaches its best-before date during the waiting period, we shall not be responsible and will not accept refunds or exchanges.
If you are unable to collect in person, please arrange for delivery service in advance.


Please ensure all recipient information is filled in correctly to avoid delivery delays, loss, or additional charges imposed by the courier company.

An email notification will be sent when the order is dispatched or ready for in-store pickup. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly and check your inbox (including the spam folder).

For shipped orders, please ensure you use and monitor the SFHK App.

Monday to Friday are business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded.
