Cancellations
Once an order is accepted and paid, modifications, cancellations, exchanges, and returns will not be accepted due to the customer’s reasons.
Please be aware of possible differences in size, screen color variations, material, product images, and individual perceptions of the product.
Returns and exchanges
Tea is an article of food, so we do not accept the return or exchange.
To ensure the hygiene and safety of tea and tea utensils, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
If the order is shipped incorrectly/goods are damaged, please send an email to "contact@tsukimixjapan-group.com" with your order number and picture of the original parcel and item of the order within 24 hours upon receipt.
Orders picked up in-store non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Local Hong Kong order (delivery or pickup in Hong Kong) : If you use a forwarding service to ship products overseas or arrange for shipment abroad after receiving products in Hong Kong, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
Oversea order (not in Hong Kong, delivery to oversea address) : Returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
Please note that "We are not responsible for using a forwarding services".
We are not responsible for any enquiries for such services and shipments.
Our company will not be responsible for any errors in the subsequent packaging and delivery by other companies or third parties.
If there is any dispute, Tsukimi Japan reserves the right of final decision.
