From 2024 Summer, the production of Japanese tea (especially matcha) does not match the demand.
Due to the shortage of raw materials,the Japanese tea factories will take longer than usual to process, produce and ship orders. Some prodcuts are out of stock.
We are unable to provide an exact restock date.You can regularly check our website for updated stock availability.
- Some products are available in limited quantities.
In order to allow more customers to purchase, if repeated orders are placed, the order will be cancelled without notice. - Due to the shortage of matcha/hojicha powder in Japan, store pickup of some products has been suspended.
- Pre-order products are unavailable.

We have noticed a recent increase in overseas orders using forwarding companies, which has resulted in various issues.
We strongly do not recommend this.
Please note that "We are not responsible for using a forwarding services".
We are not responsible for any enquiries for such services and shipments.
Our company will not be responsible for any errors in the subsequent packaging and delivery by other companies or third parties.
Local Hong Kong order (delivery or pickup in Hong Kong) : If you use a forwarding service to ship products overseas or arrange for shipment abroad after receiving products in Hong Kong, after-sales service will not be provided.
Oversea order (delivery to oversea address) : If you use a forwarding service to receive the goods overseas and then ship them to another overseas address, after-sales service will not be provided.
Furthermore, in order to allow more customers to purchase tea if duplicate orders are placed, we will cancel the order without any notice.

Notice of SFHK APP Security Upgrade
The SFHK APP is undergoing a security upgrade. Starting from 6 August 2024, the SFHK APP pickup notification function will replace SMS messages. Customers can enable push notifications on your mobile devices to avoid missing delivery reminders, and can also track the real-time status of your shipments within the SFHK APP.
