1. Due to serious issues with reselling, Japanese tea manufacturers have requested our cooperation, including export restrictions and purchase limits per person to prevent unauthorized resale. Thank you for your understanding.


2. Due to the current increase in global demand for matcha and hojicha powder, production at tea factories is unable to keep up with demand, resulting in many products being out of stock.
We have received many inquiries regarding the timing of matcha or hojicha powder stocks.

Our website offers a variety of matcha and hojicha powders currently in stock.

If an item shows "Out of Stock", it is currently unavailable. We are unable to provide an exact restock date.
You can regularly check our website for updated stock availability.
Mong Kok Store: Please be aware that stocks are constantly changing and availability cannot be guaranteed.

  • Some products are available in limited quantities.
    In order to allow more customers to purchase, if repeated orders are placed, the order will be cancelled without notice.
  • Due to the shortage of matcha and hojicha powder in Japan, store pickup of some products has been suspended.

Please note that "We are not responsible for using a forwarding services".
We are not responsible for any enquiries for such services and shipments.
Our company will not be responsible for any errors in the subsequent packaging and delivery by other companies or third parties.

Local Hong Kong order (delivery or pickup in Hong Kong) : If you use a forwarding service to ship products overseas or arrange for shipment abroad after receiving products in Hong Kong, after-sales service will not be provided.
Oversea order (delivery to oversea address) : If you use a forwarding service to receive the goods overseas and then ship them to another overseas address, after-sales service will not be provided.

The SFHK APP is undergoing a security upgrade. Starting from 6 August 2024, the SFHK APP pickup notification function will replace SMS messages.
