Kukicha
Kukicha is a collection of tea stems selected from the process of making sencha or gyokuro. The higher-quality Gyokuro tea stems are specially called "Karigane".
Kukicha has a refreshing feeling and is less likely to taste bitter when brewed with hot water, making it easy to drink.
