Variety: Asahi
100% Uji-grown, first-class powdered tea from Kyoto Prefecture, using stone mill grinding. Hand-picked tea leaves from Kyoto Prefecture.

Winner of the 1st place in the Japanese Tea AWARD 2016 for Matcha.

This matcha brings together high-quality powdered tea cultivated by some of the top Uji tea farmers today, including Kiyoharu Tsuji, Keiichi Fukui, and Katsuyuki Terakawa, who have all contributed to its creation.

Shitenno Haruka: Pursuing exquisite umami.
Smooth, with a rich sweetness, and the lingering umami aftertaste is like a continuous, endless flow.
