Made from hand-picked tea leaves.
The powder is a deeper green in color with a pronounced covered-aroma.
The taste is mild, with notes of nori and rich umami.

Matsusakaya Kahachi Honten:
Founded in 1843 by the first-generation Kahachi Matsuzakaya, who was involved in every stage of the tea trade—from cultivation to the production of Uji tea. To this day, the tea shop continues to uphold the traditions established at its founding, dedicating itself to offering authentic Uji tea known for its rich aroma and excellent quality.
