上林春松本店 抹茶 涼抹茶 ≪數量・夏季期間限定≫ 冷抹茶


夏季限定抹茶。可特別於夏季享用的抹茶。


通過比平時更長時間加熱處理，從而更引發出抹茶的芳香。

在涼抹茶中加入冰塊，享受芳醇的味感。


即使加入冰塊或冷水也能夠突出抹茶獨有的風味和香氣及不易結塊。 
先使用溫水使其變稠，接著用水或冰冷卻。
市面上較少見的無添加・無着色純製冷用抹茶。


夏季限定販售。


冷抹茶步驟:

1.使用3g抹茶，加入80ml熱水(90~95攝氏度)

2.以薄茶方式刷茶，最後加入約5個冰粒(可按個人喜歡的溫度加減)


*也可作為熱水沖泡享用。

上林春松本店:

創業於永禄年間(西元1558-1570年間)，是在宇治超過450年歷史的老茶鋪，為正宗「上林春松」。
江戸時代德川幕府初期，德川家康敕封上林春松家為御茶師之中最高位的「御物御茶師」。
「上林春松本店」擁有超過450年的自家宇治茶園，種植及提供高質素嚴選的宇治茶及宇治抹茶。
而茶銘亦充滿著歷史意義，數百年沿用著下來，宇治茶風味傳統。
在保留歷代傳統和文化的同時不斷迎接新的挑戰，繼續將綠茶文化傳遞給未來。

原產地：日本(京都府產)

保存方式：存放在陰涼處，避免潮濕環境，密封避免吸收其他氣味。如開封後或需較長期保存，密封後，存放於雪櫃中以延長最佳風味。

賞味日期(開封前)：以包裝標示為主。
