Kyoto Prefecture Uji City, produced by farmers who hand-pick and grind tea leaves.

Kobayashi Harusho Main Store's finest matcha.

It has a deep green color, a rich fragrance with a strong aroma, and a thick taste. It brings a powerful umami flavor.

Thin tea: A complex and rich sweetness, similar to fresh cream, with a smooth aftertaste.

Thick tea: Rich and full-bodied, with a creamy flavor and fruit notes, while also rich in umami. It has a lasting aftertaste.
