Made from the first harvest tea leaves grown in Kyoto Prefecture, 100% stone-ground matcha.

An extremely popular matcha. It has a rich, fresh umami flavor with a smooth, full-bodied texture. The flavor is intense, with a creamy sweetness and a long-lasting aftertaste.

Its deep green color makes it highly favored in the creation of various beverages and desserts.
