This chasen (Tea whisk) handcrafted in Takayama district,Ikoma city,Nara.The whisks arehigh quality and constructed with a skillful precision, and the bamboo tinesare extremely flexible.


Chuaraho: use for making Koicha (thick tea).

Chasen is one of the tea utensils used for preparing powdered green tea (matcha) in the Japanese tea ceremony.

We highly recommend to use the Chasen stand.
