新茶存於低溫下慢慢熟成。儲存熟成的壺切抹茶(口切抹茶)。

上林春松本店一貫傳統，每年於10月下旬-11月初旬才會開封。


「口切抹茶 若森の白」 : 

帶堅果香。味道均衡。順滑。

入口時味道較強烈，後感柔和，苦澀不再。


用途: 茶道及飲用 (薄茶)

👉把新茶放入壺中並以日本和紙密封，讓其慢慢變得成熟，到秋季時打開壺封印，成熟後便是壺切茶。
👉與新茶相反，🌱新茶是清爽香氣，🍁而壺切茶有著成熟的氣味和深醇濃厚滋味。與秋天的味道相映著。
